In practice that means your name, the email address you write from, the organisation you represent where you choose to mention it, and whatever you place in the body of your message. Ordinary business contact details are all that a reply needs, so enquiries can comfortably stay at that level and leave sensitive or special-category information aside.
Why we hold it, and our lawful basis
Your information sits with us for a single purpose: to read what you have sent, reply to it, and carry on the conversation you have opened. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and, where your message asks for it, in taking steps towards a possible engagement before any agreement is in place. Decisions about your enquiry are reached by people, in the ordinary way that we handle correspondence.
Who we let see it
Your message stays inside Northern Wall Limited.
